Dip into Healthy Summer Meals

Dips and spreads can make for easy summer picnics. Creating a meal around healthy dips can be easy and so tasty!

In this class, we will be making Humus (chickpea-based dip) + variations and garden greens pesto (also makes a great pasta sauce and so much more). We’ll use these to create an incredible roasted veggie sandwich, plus other ideas of how to center them in meals and snacks.
